I’ve gone to Petcare for sometime & have always had the best experiences there. I have a 14 year old black lab border collie mix & we usually see Dr. Igoe who is fantastic. You know how some vets make you feel terrible when you take your pet in & don’t do all the things they recommend when they are sick? I’ve never felt this way there. I also love how they lay everything out for me as far as all the options and tell me the costs upfront so there are no surprises.
All the vet technicians we’ve seen have been amazing too- Hannah, Iree, & Erin. They are so kind & friendly and really seem to love animals too.
Recently, my old girl was urinating blood & I got her there & had mistakenly made her appointment for the following day because I was all emotional & worried. I know they can’t always do this because they have other patients that may be urgent but they were so accommodating & were able to see her which I was so grateful for. Dr. Goyder is also amazing as well. Very kind & loving & gentle with my puppy girl. Thank you PetCare Staff and doctors for being so amazing.
We have been bringing our pets here for a few years now. We really liked the veterinarian when we first started coming but then I think she retired or sold the practice and it was very disorganized for some time. But they reorganized and got it together, and for quite some time now it seems to be running smoothly. I like the staff a lot, and I'm very happy with all of the veterinarians that we have seen. Considering they are unfortunately displaced at the moment due to some damage in their original location, they're working marvelously. They have really done well with the temporary space that they have. Their prices aren't the cheapest, but they certainly aren't the highest either. But the quality of care that we have received is definitely worth it. The staff and the veterinarians are great at explaining what is going on, compassionate, very patient with questions, and are also really great at explaining the charges and options. I am glad we found this place.
We have been going to VCA Loomis Basin for over 30 years and we thought it was definitely going downhill. We were taking care of our son’s dog and he had an appointment with Dr Kortney Igoe. My wife and I were so impressed with her compassionate and through care that we decided to transfer the care of our two dogs and cat to Dr Igoe. She assessed our two elder dogs with expertise. The dogs both have heart murmurs that our previous vet had not addressed. Dr Igoe explained the condition and treatment options in terms that we could understand. We are very confident with her care and highly recommend everyone to take your pets to Pet Care.
I have been a customer for many years since my first cat Lucy. Lucy lived to be 19 years old and I have Petcare to thank for that because of the wonderful care their office took with my beloved Lucy. And when my darling cat Purrlina injured her leg while I was pregnant Petcare was there to help us. Purrlina made a speedy and full recovery and I am so thankful for the amazing staff that was so kind to Purrlina and to me. What sets Petcare aside from other offices is that the staff at Petcare is very kind and patient, especially while explaining things about my pets. Additionally, Petcare is always able to schedule us quickly. PetCare also cares for my two dogs and I just can’t say enough great things about the staff. The staff is very patient with my dog Kiko who can be scared at the vet and it’s magical to see how their kindness and calmness helps settle him down so they can complete his checkups. I highly recommend PetCare because the staff is the phenomenal!!!
I have been coming to Pet Care Vet Clinic for almost 4 years now. I've never had a problem with anyone. All are friendly and helpful. They took real care when I had to put my Sophie down 😥 almost 3 years ago. Now my Sammy is almost 19 years old and I bring her in when ever I feel she needs to be seen. When it's that time to let them "go" they have a room with a fireplace, couch and chairs for the whole family to be apart of to say '"good bye". That was impressive. Made it easier and peaceful. I would and I have recommended them to anyone looking for a new veterinarian office.
